The Guidepost Turnkey Program

Our 9-month, cross-company, cohort-based programs combine 1-on-1 skills-based mentoring, and career development education to grow employees’ knowledge, networks, and potential.

Our pilot cohort launches in September 2023

  • Employees are matched 1:1 with a mentor using our unique matching formula, which takes into account values, strengths, goals, and skill development needs

  • We help mentees and mentors tie their program goals to skills development in order to produce tangible program outcomes for the employee and their organization.

  • Mentees and mentors have access to Career School, our monthly career development workshop series that covers topics like emotional intelligence, career path planning, work/life balance, communication skills, and more!

Program Logistics

Who Guidepost is for:

Guidepost is designed for early career professionals. We know this doesn’t look the same for everyone, but might look like:

  • In a manager-level position or below

  • 1-7 years of industry experience or new to industry after a career change

Time Commitment:

Pre-Program Activities

  • 90-minute virtual mentor or mentee training & self-assessments debrief (August 2023)

  • 60-minute virtual program launch party (September 2023)

Program Activities:

  • 1-2 hours of meetings with your mentor/mentee monthly

  • Optional 75-minute interactive Career School workshops monthly

  • Optional 60-minute virtual mentee community call monthly

Custom cohorts & programs
